My Habitat for Humanity trip to Thailand

I’m excited to be traveling to Thailand as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village program. I’ll be working side-by-side with people who need a decent place to live, helping to build simple, affordable houses.

Please visit my Habitat Web page, where you can learn more about my trip:

Also, I’m raising money to support my team’s work, and I’d be grateful if  you would consider making an online donation.

Thanks for helping me build houses and hope in Thailand!

You should take a trip back here and see how the project is doing. The homes are still not complete, nobody is living here and apparently very few are planning to. Since you were here, you know how far out of town the village is. Now, imagine that you work in the city and only have a motorcycle. Would you travel that far? Neither will the receipients. It’s a shame that so much money and goodwill was invested into a project that has not worked. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
