Is there a Doctor in the house?

Greetings:

I bring you good tidings and cheer.

It is with great pleasure that I share with you that I will be going to Cote d’Ivoire as a Missionary.

Our team will be leaving on April 8 (yay!), and we will be working in a medical clinic in Abidjan.

In Cote d’Ivoire, healthcare is sparse, and medicine is very, very hard to come by. Even simple over-the-counter medicine that is readily available to us (like Tylenol), access to these medicines for them is very limited, at best.

Please, if it is in your heart, please help. You can donate new, unexpired medicine. I have included the list below of the needs that they are requesting. You can drop off your donation at Times Square Church (1657 Broadway, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10019) or you can give it to me. Thank you.

Yours in service,

Diamond

The proper response to “Thank you” is “You’re welcome.”
There are no substitutes. For example, not saying anything at all is not appropriate.
Also, “no worries” and “not a problem” are NOT the same as “You’re welcome.”
If someone sneezes, say “God bless you.”
And if someone says “God bless you” after you sneeze, then you should say “Thank you.”
Extend the same courtesies as you would expect, or even better than you would expect.
You’ll be amazed at the outcome.
